At Gazzaoui, we believe that strong leadership is the cornerstone of sustainable growth. As part of our ongoing commitment to empower our people, Gazzaoui Lebanon concluded the 12-Week Management Training Program in collaboration with ActionCOACH Global, led by Joseph Dahan.

This intensive program was designed to enhance leadership capabilities, strengthen team collaboration, and foster a results-driven management culture. Over the course of three months, our managers engaged in interactive workshops, performance exercises, and leadership coaching sessions focused on elevating both personal and professional effectiveness.
